A special smile from a special rider: Philip Rust, age 31, shows off his ribbon at SIRE Therapeutic Riding Center, in Hockley, Texas.
RIBBON RECYCLING collects new and used show ribbons from donors, and distributes them to therapeutic riding facilities and other therapy programs. These facilities hand out the ribbons to their very special participants. Many such facilities are unable to afford their own ribbons. Without donations, their riders and participants might never experience the joy of getting one.
All ribbons in good condition are accepted. Please click on the links above to request or donate ribbons. Ribbon Recycling is proud to work with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International or PATH (formerly North American Riding for the Handicapped Association or NARHA) to coordinate with facilities in need.
